Edel Quinlan
Edel began dancing at the age of three, initially in her hometown of Wexford. She then went on to Dublin where she completed her teaching diploma for both the Royal Academy of Dance & Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance respectively, graduating with Distinction. Edel now successfully runs her own school The Dungarvan Ballet Academy offering classes in Ballet, Modern & Tap and workshops in Singing, Acting & Performance.
Edel has been heavily involved in musical societies from a very young age & has choreographed for Wexford Festival Opera, Wexford Light Opera Society & for the past five years with Carrick on Suir Musical Society.
She has been teaching Modern/Jazz classes at The Dara Pierce Ballet Academy since September 2023.
Edel is Garda Vetted, holds a valid First Aid Certificate and attends regular CPD (continuous professional development) dance courses.
